Supreme Court Or Supreme God

Supreme Court Or Supreme God ?

It is of note that New Testament letters are all directed at believers. The idea was that if Believers got right then the world about them would have a witness and a light that would hinder or slow down "the man of lawlessness" and attract those being called by God.

Paul did not in his writings rage against the unsanitary prison conditions, the treatment of women or of slaves or the corrupt legal system of Rome. Peter likewise exhorted believers to live blameless lives rather than get involved in street protests against injustice.

Having said all that we are now living in the perilous times  of 2 Tim 3 and we should be ready, if anyone asks, to share what God says about Abortion in a gracious, clear  and non threatening way. Though the world system is not redeemable the person who asks the question may very well be. For some reason they have asked your opinion: Your clear, informed and gracious reply may be used by God as a trigger to open their eyes and
change their life. Visit the site below for up to date figures: Horrific!

Since 1980   1.5 billion Babies have been aborted

Where does the Bible define the beginning of human life?

A look at some of the passages on this issue offers clear evidence that God defines a person as “human” from the point of conception, not merely when a child draws its first breath. This will bring peace and assurance to ourselves and should not be used as a hammer to beat all who disagree

A key example of this view is found in Psalm 139:13–16 where David writes,

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”

The psalmist uses poetic lyrics to note God creates life in the womb, meaning that we have life before birth.. God even has a specific plan for each person’s life from the point of conception, from “before one of them [days] came to be.”

Several other biblical passages refer to pre-born children in the same manner as children outside of the womb.

For example, John the Baptist is called a “baby,” {Greek = Brephos} using the same Greek word as for a young infant, while still in the womb (Luke 1:41–44). Elizabeth did not say the zygote or the Embryo  leapt in my womb for joy.

Jesus is later described using the same Greek word after His birth (Luke 2:1216).
"and you will find the Brephos (baby)  swaddled and in a manger" I know i know veryone tells me Im toointo Greek but friends the accuracy of scriptural language is a might comfort in times like this

Another example is found in the birth announcement of Samson. The Angel of the Lord told Samson’s mother,

“The boy {Strongs H5288} will be a Nazirite of God from the womb until the day of his death” (Judges 13:7). Samson is referred to as a “boy” from the womb until death, indicating the time from prior to physical birth to beyond the womb. The word used can be found by puting H5288 int o a google search and you will find it is used 221 times in Ot for a lad, boy from conception to teens.

Isaiah 49:1 adds, “Before I was born the LORD called me; from my mother’s womb he has spoken my name.” This “servant of the Lord” was considered called by God as a child in the womb.

God told the prophet Jeremiah, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5). God “knew” Jeremiah while he was in his mother’s womb, referring to Jeremiah as a living being prior to his birth.

Job poetically describes his life in the womb, saying, “Your hands shaped me and made me.
Will you now turn and destroy me? Remember that you molded me like clay.
Will you now turn me to dust again?” (Job 10:8–9).

God is clearly involved in the creation and development of a person from the earliest stages of formation in the womb. Human life or personhood is defined by Scripture from the point of conception.

The Ecclesia

Let us recognize and settle it once and for all that the ecclesia, the Body of Christ is not here in this world to have anything to do with the systems of this world, as such; and insofar as we become involved in the matters of the kingdoms of this world, we lose our magnetic vocation, and we shall involve ourselves in chaos from which it will take a very great deal to disentangle us.

That has been the historic tragedy of Christendom: it has in various ways become linked up with the kingdoms and interests of this world, and that is the secret of its spiritual ineffectiveness. Christ’s Body is a heavenly thing since Christ, its Head, has ascended, and all that comes down into and through His Body is heavenly in source and nature.

This is utterly different from the things of earth.Everyone who has an understanding of the Body of Christ will find himself being detached from tradition, from organized religion, and being brought to the place where there is no alternative but to come out from a thing which is a system and an order – though claiming to be in the name of the Lord and according to the Word of the Lord – but which is a thing of this earth.

It is a tremendous thing to say, but we do not hesitate to say it – that spiritual emancipation from the present system of organized religion and of what is called “the Church” with its methods, institutions, officials, governments, etc., is the necessary way to the maximum of spiritual effectiveness and fruitfulness.

The tragedy of so many is the earth-bounded nature of it's vision and the tyranny of the system.

Be Encouraged

A Word of Encouragement For Times of Weariness

You may think you’re bad or not good enough to be used by God?

How wrong can you be!I am persuaded from knowing you that God has
called you: That is really all that matters:

Just remember, that God is never hindered by our incompetence.

On the contrary. His preference, by definition, goes out to those who are,
by our standards, (totally) unacceptable. Misfits! Failures!

There are many examples of this, in the Bible.

  • ·         Jacob was a deceiver.
  • ·         David had an affair.
  • ·         Paul was a murderer.
  • ·         Thomas was a doubter.
  • ·         Elijah was depressed
  • ·         Moses stuttered.
  • ·         Sara was impatient.
  • ·         Noah got drunk.
  • ·         Peter was a hothead.
  • ·         Zachaeus was too short.
  • ·         Jonah did not want to go.
  • ·         Martha was over-concerned
  • ·         Gideon was insecure.
  • ·         Rebekah was barren
  • ·         Lazarus was even dead.

Maybe, in the frenzy of everyday life, you have forgotten that God
never chooses the qualified: He qualifies those He chooses!

                          I Have Chosen You!

Have a great day: You are called! You’re special!

Le GrĂ¡
